i loved the central location! the friendly staff helped me carry my bags upstairs. the air conditioning was definitely a great help because it was very hot outside. i also got to keep my luggage at the hotel on my last day.
The breakfast wasn't quite what i expected. It could have had more variety.

It made accessing upper floors easy. a water cooler is available for guest use, i found it useful. also, high-speed wi-fi is available throughout the hotel.

the location is sensational. it is a short five-minute walk from santa maria novella station. the piazza della repubblica is also only five minutes away on foot, a great central spot for exploring.

The room was very comfy and tidy with a comfortable bed. I got great sleep. the bathroom was also very good, offering modern fixtures. i found the room adequate in size.

The front desk staff was very polite. they helped me book restaurants and gave me directions. they showed me the easiest way to get to the station and museums. I appreciated that greatly.

The location is very central. It allows easy walks to major attractions. Lots of restaurants and bars are also nearby. They showed the easiest routes to the station.
The room was a little noisy because it faced an interior courtyard. I think there were some motors there. These motors started continuously day and night.

the hotel had a good location, near the train station. i found major attractions and several eateries were within walking distance,. the late check-in process was easy, and the staff offered assistance.
the plumbing in my room had a slight problem.

The location was great. It was close to many attractions.
The room decor seemed quite worn. The air conditioning did not work well, and the room became uncomfortably warm at night. I found some hairs on the bathroom floor. The cleanliness was not up to par.
